Monica Corish is an award-winning writer of poetry, short stories and memoir, and an experienced Amherst Method certified writing group leader. She leads  writing workshops and craft-and-critique workshops in the North West and elsewhere in Ireland. She also offers one-to-one mentoring, and is available to read at literary events and festivals.

She started writing a novel set in prehistoric Ireland in the spring of 2018; She finished it in the spring of 2023, and is currently (April 2023) looking for an agent.
